Learn how to ease the pressure of today’s stressful living through the introduction of regular one-minute breaks. The just-a-minute campaign gives people, whether stressed out city executives, busy mums or high profile public figures, the practical tools to take regular one minute breaks from their busy lives to relax and unwind.
The Sydney event is a celebration of silence and features a number of speakers and performers, including best-selling author Stephanie Dowrick and Harry M Miller, who will explain the just-a-minute concept and inspire attendees through personal stories of the impact of moments of silence in their lives.
The show also features drummer/percussionist David Jones and friends: Sam McNally (keyboard), Evripides Evripidou (electric bass), Mark Isaacs (piano), Lucinda Peters (vocals and guitar), Armondo Hurley (vocals).
The audience will have the opportunity to hear from two dynamic spiritual world leaders in person. Dadi Janki, one of the world’s 10 “Keepers of Wisdom” and Sister Jayanti, who consult to the United Nations, will travel to Sydney for the j-a-m event to share their wisdom and insights on gaining peace and stability in today’s world.
The event is free of charge but people must book online.
